Terms & Conditions
- Safari jeeps from outside not permitted to resort premises.
- Safari Vehicle on a sharing basis with other guests in the Resort.
- Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort of the expected time of arrival in advance.
- If guests wish to avail of the afternoon game drive on the day of arrival (Scheduled departure from resort approx 1430 Hrs), kindly inform the resort at the latest by 1100 Hrs. If you miss the arrival day afternoon game drive, you can participate in the following day's morning game drive.

- Full prepayment required at the time of booking and once confirmed the following cancellation policy applies.
- Following flexible cancellation policy extended for all bookings made under this exclusive offer.
- Free cancellation 14 days prior to arrival. Except during 20 Dec 2023 until 10 Jan 2024 / 15 Jul 2024 until 31 Aug 2024 & 20 Dec 2024 until 10 Jan 2025
- Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
- Free cancellation 30 days prior to arrival. Valid during 20 Dec 2023 until 10 Jan 2024 / 15 Jul 2024 until 31 Aug 2024 / 20 Dec 2024 until 10 Jan 2025
- Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% cancellation charge.
