The heart of any home is its kitchen, and we invite you to visit our organic garden and be guided by our Executive Chef in the intricacies of Sri Lankan cooking, its culture and unique story. Select ingredients from our garden and let our chef teach you some wholesome Sri Lankan dishes in a private cookery class set up in our rustic kitchen. You’ll learn how to prepare rice and curry the traditional way by cooking with clay pots over an open flame, and come away with some authentic recipes for taking home and sharing with friends and family.
